Rescue Diver


Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence.

What will you learn & do?
  1. Self-rescue and diver stress
  2. AED and emergency oxygen delivery systems
  3. dive first aid
  4. swimming and non-swimming rescue techniques
  5. emergency management and equipment
  6. panicked diver response
  7. underwater problems
  8. missing diver procedures
  9. surfacing the unconscious diver
  10. in-water rescue breathing protocols
  11. egress (exits)
  12. first aid procedures for pressure related accidents
  13. dive accident scenarios

Team (3-4 divers):$325/diver
Executive (2 divers):$425/diver
Personal rate(1 diver)$525/diver
IncludesPool training sessions, open water training sessions, Emergency First Response CPR, AED and First aid training (if needed), DAN O2 Provider training & PADI O2 provider specialty certification
Dives4 Open Water training sessions that can be logged towards other ceritifcations (e.g., Master Scuba Diver, Divemaster, Assistant Instructor)

Think you can't dive in Utah? Think again! Utah has some very unique dive sites. Blue Lake (in Utah, you just drive through Nevada to get to it) and the Crater (Homestead Resort, Midway, Utah) are both geothermal dive sites that provide unique dives you can't find outside of Utah.
